The Portero.com Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes”) starts June,17, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on July 22, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period").

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 and older at time of entry and who have a valid email address. Void where prohibited by law. There are two Methods of Entry. REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD, LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON ADDRESS FOR THE ENTIRE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD. Method #1: To enter online, visit www.portero.com and follow all online entry instructions to complete and submit the entry form during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. In the event of a dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Online entrants shall be subject to all notices posted at www.portero.com, including, but not limited to, Portero's privacy policy. Method #2: To enter by phone, call 1-877-307-3767 during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and provide your email address (and any other contact information requested). The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a Balenciaga Black & Brown Leather Doctor Bag which is in good condition (valued at $539), ("Prize"). The estimated retail value of this prize is $1,795. Prize is for promotional purposes only. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 23, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified via e-mail. If the potential winner fails to respond within 14 days of first attempted notification, or if the e-mail notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. (Entrants are responsible for notifying Sponsor of changes in e-mail addresses.) Potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian. If potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing. No cash substitution by winner is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize offered with another prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. All taxes, including but not limited to sales and income tax on prize, are winner's responsibility. In order to comply with IRS regulations, we will be required to issue a Form 1099 to the winner, which will in turn require us to obtain certain information from the winner, including their social security number. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, prize won, and hometown for advertising and publicity including online posting without additional compensation.

Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Entrants further agree to release Sponsor, Sponsor's affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, together with the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, use, misuse of prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
