Portero ships internationally via UPS and FedEx. Please refer to the table below to determine your shipping & insurance costs for deliveries to our most common destination countries.

Certain Exotic-Skinned items may not be available to ship to all Countries.

Customs, Taxes, and Other Charges:

Shipments to addresses outside the United States are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. These charges are in addition to the winning bid price (and any shipping and insurance charges). Please contact your local authorities for specific information.

Expedited Service to the European Union:

For shipments to the EU, Portero offers an all-inclusive “EU Expedite” service that allows you to pay one price upfront—a percentage of the sale price that varies by country—and we will take care of all international charges such as VAT and duties.

Contact Portero Customer Care at 1.877.962.2398 or customercare@portero.com to request our EU Expedite service. You will be provided with the additional amount required to cover your VAT and duties. This amount will be added to your total price upfront, and your package will arrive without additional charges due. The specific charge, as a percent of the merchandise price, may be found in the table below.

These rates do not apply to handbags, leather items, crystal items, and art. For rates on those items, please contact Customer Care at 1.877.962.2398 or customercare@portero.com. For all other items, including watches and jewelry, these rates will apply in almost every instance. However, in the unusual event that the customs and other charges to be incurred by Portero for a given item are, in Portero’s judgment, substantially in excess of the amount Portero would charge based on the table below (e.g., because of a certain material used or unforeseen circumstances), Portero reserves the right to charge a supplemental amount to cover such excess.

Shipments Outside the EU:

In the event there are customs charges assigned to your package, you must pay for any associated import taxes, including VAT and duties, required by your country's governmental regulations. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Your package will include a copy of your actual invoice, and the customs office will determine any applicable fees. Portero cannot label an item as a gift or declare a lesser value than the purchase price of the item.

Tracking your order:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a UPS or FedEx tracking number. This permits you to track your package online.

Combined Shipping for Multiple Items:

To qualify for our combined shipping discount for multiple items, all items must be paid on a combined invoice and shipped in the same package. Full shipping rates will apply to the largest item, with an additional fee added for each additional item.
